The Test Codes in the Fasteners & Metals Program have changed
CTS is updating all existing Test Codes in the Fasteners & Metals Testing Program. Test Codes are now four-digit numbers, updating from three-digit numbers. Below is a list of all available tests with their new test codes to aid you in comparing the old test codes to their updated counterparts.
The implementation of this update allows CTS to add new tests as we continue to expand our Program to meet participant needs. It will also allow CTS to expand existing tests. The most immediate benefit you will notice is that CTS can now include more than ten elements in the Chemical Analysis tests, where it would be desirable.
The new, four-digit Test Codes will be in use as you enroll in testing and when claiming data entry on the CTS Portal. Please be aware that the numerical order has shifted as a result of this update.
