The buttons on the Data Entry Form do not work. (The Form does not look normal)

This guide will show you a visual example of the Data Entry Form not properly loading. It is recommended that you DO NOT enter data when the Data Entry Form has not completely loaded.

Then your browser has not fully loaded the programming for the Data Entry Form and many of the features, such as buttons, will not work.

It is best that you DO NOT try to enter data when your form has not fully loaded.

In most cases this is a timeout issue, and it will resolve itself when your connection to the internet is stronger. You may have success trying another computer with a better connection or re-trying the form at a later time. If you continue to see the Data Entry Form in this format, you may need to seek additional assistance from your IT department.
